Facials and massages are a great way to keep your skin healthy, to relax your muscles and even your mind. It's a nice form of self-care but it can get quite expensive. But do you like getting facials or massages and if you do, how often you get them? I used to get them a bit more often, not too often, but now that I'm a student again I'm not getting them unfortunately they're a bit out of my budget for us, you know, being a student. But yeah, let me know.

Oh no, I'm sorry, I have bad experiences getting facials. I think, yeah, it takes the right people to do a good job. If you don't find a good esthetician, they can unfortunately give you a bad facial, but maybe you should give it another try. find the goodest addition.

Massages are literally the best experience and it's true that not everybody has, I mean, a budget to afford this.

Yeah, I can see how it can be difficult to find a spa. I think in the new city it's It's been quite difficult to find one, what I have as well back home that I really like.

My girlfriend is an esthetician for a high-end like company. They have high-end clientele and they use high-end products and protocols and stuff. And she gets a discount and some other stuff for free. And holy shit, it's incredible. I'm so glad for this. She's done like my face before and the way I feel and look afterward is incredible. I gotta get her to do one soon.

I think they're becoming intoperable, especially the first time or the first couple of times. both facials are a good alternative and in my opinion they're not as afforded as the thought it was.

Completely agree. I'm a big facial and massage girly, specifically massage, and before I had my son I had a monthly membership to a local spa which was amazing. It gave me access to use like all of the facilities like the sauna and stuff like that whenever I wanted and then they would charge me for one massage a month at a discounted rate. And then I would do a facial every couple months. Unfortunately now that I have my son I'm just so busy and it's not always Thank you.

I haven't heard of the Expo, that these close-moved to where I live that offers membership so that would be so clutch because they are extensive and I'm pretty sure a mentorship would make them more affordable.

I think self-care is the best thing. It's necessary and cure prevention of any illnesses or things like that man. Sometimes just looking after yourself and treat yourself to a day of recovery and recuperation is key.

It's unfortunate they're so expensive. They had a membership or a way to make it more affordable for people so they could get it more often.

Facials are definitely my favorite way of getting in some self-care. I also do enjoy massages, but I haven't had one in a really long time. Like, I don't remember the last time I had one. and I get facials once every month.

Yeah, it's all saying it's good. So long since I got out of massage, but facial massage is my number one. So I prioritize them over massages.
