Anybody else feel guilty for stopping to pump or breastfeed? For me, I just went back to work after maternity leave for three months. Now I'm back at work and it's just a lot and hard to pump while I'm at work and it's stressful. I work with three-year-olds so pumping while working is very hard.

I will say support is everything when it comes to pumping. Just getting to talk to people about your feelings or maybe strategize with another person that pumps. So if you ever wanted to talk about pumping and maybe we can come up with a game plan, I'm here to support you. If you just want to be done with it, you can do it.

Now if you just want to be done, I will gladly say that you, the first three months are the most important, so kudos to you just for doing those three months, like that's amazing. That in itself is amazing, so don't feel any remorse about it, you have to-

It is best for you and when your baby gets older, they won't know if they didn't have breast milk or not, or if they only had it for three months. So if it's too much for you or overwhelming, do not feel bad. That is totally fine.

I appreciate everything that you said. You know, that makes me feel good. My son just turned three months last week. And I know obviously you can't just stop pumping automatically. It takes a process to stop so that you don't get clogged ducts and stuff.

I stopped because the doctors I found I was pregnant and like they told me that it can cause contractions so not to do it but honestly I was relieved I did it for a year and a month

Don't feel guilty, mama. You're doing the very best that you can and you're doing what's best for you and your baby. And as long as mama's happy, baby's happy and I believe that 100%.

But I'm definitely looking into slowing down with the pumping because he never latched onto me. So it's just me pumping, pumping, pumping, storing it, putting it in bottles for him. But it's a lot of work and I have tons.
