I do get yearly physical exams and I think they are important to detect anything as little as being deficient of some vitamin or mineral to something that can be prevented, you know. Luckily, I've only had maybe some sort of vitamin deficiency. But I'm glad I ended up going because I can, I don't know, it makes me conscious of what I'm eating, what I'm putting into my body and to pursue a healthy lifestyle.

Yes, they're important but I don't do it very often because medical system here is just crap.

Yeah, I do get yearly physicals mainly also to check up if I have any deficiency in anything or if anything is wrong To catch it on the early stages rather than let it get a little worse than it's supposed to be.

I get it every six months because I'm anemic so I have to do it every six months or even three months.
