Does anyone else find it super hard to follow like a schedule every day because I've been working for myself for a few years now well aside from being laid off and at home during you know the stay at home time on but now I find it extremely difficult to have the same schedule every day I've always kind of found it difficult but I can't commit to something it seems like at the same time on the same day every single week but also nor do I want to because if you think about it CEOs get to do whatever the fuck they want all week long they don't have to play that song Good example anyway this is just life now does anyone else have trouble like doing the same thing at the same time I like to mix things up
I hear you with mixing things up. Personally, it's hard for me to stay on task when I work from home, so I like to hop from local cafes, make sure that I have up to three tasks max to accomplish that day.
That'll move the business forward. They say that, you know, when you give yourself a deadline, you accomplish it. But if you don't give yourself a deadline, you can work on one singular thing to infinity and beyond. so.
So you don't fall into the same tasks every single day besides you know the usual shit you gotta keep up with like admin shit. You can ask yourself what is one thing I can do today or one thing I've been avoiding that will really take my business to the next level.
The faster you tackle the things that matter the most in your brand, your company, to take it to the next level, the faster you can just get to being leisure and free. So, do the hardship first, get it over with.
Yes that's the ultimate goal isn't it I do do the at least one important task a day after I read that book I think it's called eat eat the frog like do the most important task but all of that is such good information thank you so much
I definitely like schedules they're very effective for me without a schedule my ADHD goes chaotic so for me I do have to create a schedule and put myself on a certain thing timeframe in order for me to be for six
So I do create a list for the day I mean I'm crazy with my list tonight I'm getting really good at like finishing everything but I'm talking about like at specific times of the day like I can't do 8:53 AM
So yeah my problem is is like I'm not good at blocking times out like 7 to 9 AM do this 11 to 1 do this like I am so bad at that because I'm like well no I don't wanna do that at that time so that's what I mean like I switch it up every day
