I think a lesson in life is with people that you learned that on your inside is what you see on the outside so you know yesterday I am tired today yeah and the reason why I'm tired is Internet shell I work with hotels right now I work for a hostile company that creates share room experiences for travelers and rooms the beds are $17 a night they share the room So yesterday I had a challenge with a guest that kind of drained my energy today and some thing I have learned through that is you have to pull yourself back in your energy because If you're fighting with the person or if your challenge of the person which I was that I was just like I need you to leave please and call the police and what not but if I connect with that that is something I need to look at within me it does me no justice appointment finger at anyone else and it's a lesson we learn with people especially when fighting with people if you think about it self-care is not Letting your self feel defensive or taking a step away from the individual if you love yourself love the situation and love your way through it

I definitely relate to this one. I feel like it comes up a lot when I come into online spaces like here on stereo or on TikTok where there's rooms full of people just yelling over each other and I take a step back because I don't want to give my energy to it.

And if I don't take that step back, I'll end up investing my energy into something that doesn't feed me back, like I'll just feel drained. So I have to ask myself every time, what is it I'm getting out of this interaction? What is it I want out of it?

I love these answers decoy and you're right you have to ask yourself and question whether it's worth being in your life because it's important we are all energy so feed yourself good OK

I like that. A hostile company. A hostile company? An aggressive company? Are they being combative towards you? Or a hostile- I feel like there's a joke in there somewhere.

It was a process I wasn't really into it I just felt really exhausted from dealing with the craziness of it because it is a messy girl

Listening to learn goes a long way and whatever something is brought up by somebody else in you, that means something about you. So totally self-reflection.

Yes ma'am, but that's the greatest thing about this whole experience is if you make it and look within yourself as soon as you have these challenges you'll learn so much about yourself and grow.

That's it though. You hit the nail on the head. The challenge is to stop and turn it inward. Is to do the U-turn and say like, hey why is this bringing this up for me? And to not blame the other person for what's coming up for you to protect it on them.

You are right, Brad. It is not worth arguing with someone or fighting with someone over. It's just a waste of your energy and they don't deserve your energy. And they don't deserve your peace. So, you know...
