taken melatonin before. I think it helps me most times, but sometimes I don't know if it's melatonin or not, but it gives me nightmares. I think it is because I usually don't have any nightmares.

No, I have not ever taken my own toning I've heard it does help but I feel like it I mean it's a drug You're drugging yourself to sleep so I wouldn't really say it's really good.

I've never taken melatonin. I actually take a tea. It's called sleepy time tea. And like 30 minutes after I take it or drink it, I'm ready to go to bed.

Also, consuming sugar right before bed can contribute to nightmares. So like if you're taking melatonin gummies, I don't know if that has anything to do with it. If you're taking melatonin gummies, then disregard that.

I think melatonin makes you sleepy, but it doesn't force you to sleep. At least that's my experience of it.

Yes, I've taken melatonin before. It just lets you sleep heavier, harder, and you just feel like you had a full night's rest.

I have never taken before. I have never had like sleeping issues. I have sleeping- I have issues waking up. It's like the opposite.

Your body naturally produces melatonin, so if you're taking it in extra, there's something wrong. Check your sleep habits.

I have taken it and it did help I have a really hard time falling asleep at night but I have heard that taking it consistently reduces your body's ability to produce it naturally so I stopped taking it

I think I've only taken it a few times, but I don't really remember it working too well for me.

I've never taken melatonin, but I actually have been wanting to try it
