Honestly, it pretty much is just like, you meet each other like, you look lovely, like, so tell me about yourself, what you be doing? What does Blank like to do? and she answers, that's when you go deeper into what she just said.

The question is to ask if they have any siblings and if they do, where are they in the lineup? I can tell you so much about their character.

You know, it shouldn't seem like an interview, but you should keep it light and talk about, you know, your goals, what you do, what makes you laugh, makes you happy, who your friends are, what your typical day off looks like.
