Do you use any apps to track any health aspects of your life like heart rate or your diet or sleep cycle while you eat your workouts? I recently got the Amazon Halo and I like it because I don't know I think it's cool to see my heart rate and it allows me to see like or look at my quality of sleep and yeah I think I need to improve on that.

When I had the Fitbit, I used to use that for my sleep, which was actually really interesting because it would tell me when I was in REM sleep and whatnot, which was so cool. But I feel like the Apple Watch doesn't have that, which is what I have now, and I kind of miss that feature.

Not any apps but the settings that are in the iPhone. When I set up the alarm it shows how many hours I sleep at night.
