I would definitely say so that's why I try to stay away from like Instagram and even TikTok stuff like that but the social media platform that I do spend most of my time on would probably be tick-tock and the ocean stereo because I feel like it's more authentic

Social media does not have an impact on, well a negative impact on my mental health. I can see where it can, but I try to limit myself. Um, yeah.

No, it doesn't for me at least. I'm not on social media all day so no.

You know what I used to think and I feel like it still does but then I realized everyone is actually weird on social media and everyone actually just needs to go and touch grass.

Well yeah, if you let it do that, but then the best way to do it is to stay off of it. If it's that big of an issue, you know, I just don't take it too seriously.

I definitely think social media can negatively impact your mental health, but you just have to know your limits and set those for yourself. And know not to compare yourself to anyone else. Because most of social media is a big ol' lie.

Yeah it does, definitely because it makes you anxious and makes you compare your own life to others and it's not cool.

It can both have a negative or positive impact, mostly negative, but it depends on how you take it and how often you are on it.

It can, depending on the people that you follow and the things that you view, depending on how much you use it, it can definitely have an effect on your mental health.
