In spirit beat you not then sometimes I think we will react to the outside of us for someone saying something this morning do you know I can have my voice Carrie and someone was trying to come at me and say can you be quiet didn't even work for the business I work for it didn't even part of it just sitting there telling me I need to be quiet and I need to calm and change myself and it was actually kind of shady because they were like all you know the business owners and I was like they love me girl like don't tell me who I need to be I'm a be mean And my voice is like a snore I'm not gonna quiet for you or anyone else and that's why I say you be yourself be you not them stand in your power and stand in your strength thank them wrong with you in a row and nobody but there are people out there that want to keep saying there's something wrong with everybody else but pointing fingers bad girl or you ain't gonna be real with it

Oh this is so true. Be you, not them. You should always be yourself. You know, we're here one time. You know, if you don't believe that you can live multiple lifetimes, you know, you only get one.

I want to add to this, I know I already said something but I'm adding, there is no amount of happiness that we will find in trying to be somebody else. We are happy being ourselves. That's true happiness.

Yeah, I don't like when people tell me to be quiet either. Like in a rude way. Like they're annoyed with me. Like I can understand if like we don't want people to hear the convo, but not when someone's being mean to me. Rude.
