We all have times in life where we're not 100% our best selves and I think it's really important to have healthy coping coping mechanisms if I'm upset I'll call someone I love I'll journal or I might just go sitting in the car alone what are your guises ways to deal with stress in a healthy way

So I write down how I'm feeling and if there's a way to solve the issue, if there's not, then I try to let it go. I'll also either blast music or put some headphones on and then I'll try to meditate and get calm

Writing down your problem and then seeing if there's a way to fix it is actually like so smart

First things first as I pray because normally when I'm stressed it's because my mind is in a loop and I'm overly thinking and I'm focussing on the problem so when I have that time to pray and meditate and to hear from God then it directs the focus on something greater

Oh then think about whatever you have like bottled up and stuff helps too I noticed that what works for me like if you don't have anybody to talk to you never did shit like that you just talk to me that you trust a good restaurant or something

Also if you smoke weed but I used to smoke me back in the day and I when I was like really stressed out I'd smoke and that really help but then again like it didn't really help to feed the purpose because it is just like make you forget about it for a while and then like it comes right back

And then I also love to exercise and bike dance and swim and do things something physical to get my body moving because of how it releases endorphins which is a really good natural way to release stress

I go to the gym and it releases a lot of stress I also do call someone and then I just rant and I feel a lot better but of course ask permission if it's OK to rent so that they don't feel burden to

The only way I can cope with stress just by playing video games there's really no other option for me

Usually when I'm stressed out I go to the gym or do some thing that will calm me down like walk run or lift some weights

For me, I either go to the gym, play football or just chill with friends. I think it just takes your mind and you just forget about anything. So yeah.
