I do admit I love certain reality TV shows like Love is Blind or Love Island, but I watched Ultimatum last year and that was too much for me and so I had to stop and I completely stopped watching all reality TV because it was so toxic and it kind of, I don't know, it made me feel bad and it really influenced my day. It's weird.

Understand what you mean by FYI should I because you're definitely or a certain shows worse like you just have the sun and confidence or just a lack of confidence after watching law and I feel like that would be really toxic I'm bad for the brain

I wouldn't say I watch a lot of reality, well no I do, some lie. I do watch a lot of reality TV shows. It's not on purpose, but I just enjoy them for more competition based.

Honestly I feel like that's a good choice for you to cut it off while you can because I definitely feel like it is always causing problems of people stay in some peoples lives in Franklinton poorly or positively buddy

Yeah I don't really watch like a lot of reality TV like they're keeping up with all of the housewives thought of her like the black and crew so I might go to like win towards the on the competition like big for the survivor the child

Yeah for me it's mostly on shows like love island or the ultimatum or some thing like that there they're so toxic that it affects my mood it's not really the confidence
