I definitely start saying no more often like it it brings me at peace because I know that I'm saving more money and I know if people was in my life for me or you know to use me and they did
You know they they get upset and wanna stop talking to you because you said no but hey guess what I got more money and I ain't got no you no no what you call them leeches in my life
I am an empath and before I wasn't really paying attention to it but now that I'm old and I pay a lot for peoples energy in the way that they move and their intentions and I change my life to them better
There are four habits that really make the biggest difference for me I try to wake up at the same time every day when I wake up I try to say at least two things I'm grateful for I try to read every day and I try to focus on one thing I can change
