so I prefer hot shower but the last 30 seconds I used to put it like cold because it has a lot of benefits.

Yeah I agree I Ama Ama Hartsell person Badu Cochell does it take my skin sometimes I rotate them cause your skin these both hot and cold remind me retainers ass hole
