I actually did the same thing I visualise it and then I realise it's actually not that bad so I guess it does work on some people

And you know what's funny I have actually been in that scenario where I am so afraid of swimming in the ocean because of sharks but then I keep telling myself more people die on the road so why should I be afraid of sharks what are the chat

How do you overtime fear facing a shadow side knowing your demons cause fear is disgusting yes it is

I wouldn't say that I've mastered this concept fully but my way of overcoming fear is through prayer meditation affirmation and being calm knowing that there is a higher power protected me that there's nothing too big for me that I am not already equipped to handle

Nothing scares me at all except for the thought of getting sick I work in healthcare so I have this irrational fear I'm not sure if it's a rational because it's really scary but I don't know how to overcome that

I'm just this year fact that health is not guaranteed is just one thing that scares me about life the most I know it sounds stupid and childish but I don't know how to make peace with that
