You could explain the things that you've been through and how you got through it and the challenges that you've been through and how you got through it and all that stuff

Just explain what made you who you are today.

You need to make a brain map just like a word vomit on a piece of paper everything you're thinking of about writing about and then right what you could write about like each subcategory for each big section you have and that will I think help you tremendously
