Statistically, you spend more time outside of work, so probably the relationship, but never underestimate a good 40 hours a week that's fulfilling for anybody.

I'd rather have an awesome relationship just to have something that's mine and not so much work, but something that actually is enjoyable and graces me happiness for sure.

Honestly, I think having a good job makes a relationship better because you don't have to argue and worry about finances, about things.
