OK yeah like you're right like I do sound like I smoked like 10 things a day like hit the vape every minute like I don't smoke things but I do hit the vape every minute but like I've had a deep voice since like middle school like I just can't get past it I hate it

I would say 20. You're giving anywhere between 19 and 21 vibes, but I'd say a strong 20. I might be far off but I'd say Stroud 20 for sure.
