Who is the best Doctor Who? I think people may think it's a straight answer and they might put David Tennant but Matt Smith was a bad boy still and he deserves his flowers for sure.

You know what, Matt Smith, it took me a while to love him but he is so cold. He was a very cold Doctor Who. Like he was an extremely cold Doctor Who. He's definitely second but David Tennant is the goat man.

For me it has to be David Tennant. I know a lot of people would choose Matt Smith but David Tennant, I don't know what he did yet to that role but it fit him perfectly and he played it so well.

David Tennant, 100%. But that's not to say Matt Smith was bad.
