So self driving cars are advancing more and more every day however I don't see a world where self driving cars and manual driven cars exist in the same space due to the potential impact of human error causing accidents so the only way I can really see it progressing as of self driving cars became the defective norm across all cars in a particular system so if result in a big city you would have no manually driven cars but self driving cars and trucks and taxis which are all connected to the same network so they can interact with one of another on the road Hi handsome you know they can avoid one another because there they know exactly where every single car is where the traffic has pulled up what roads are quieter than others and they can just take the route and maintain the internal system for the passengers I don't have anyone else is a fan of that but I think that's where so driving is going to go realistically because it doesn't seem to be working on his own
It would be interesting with a big city because you could basically build it such that the whole city is just one big transport system so to speak so you don't have to drive. But also a lot of companies are winding back their autonomous car driving, autonomous car operations I think.
Then essentially be like trains on a "" track just not physical one so that every single vehicle is interact with one another and they'll be no need for it for a driver I think that's probably where is going to go it has to go
But most likely this would be for a sort of upper end of society I think your government are pushing people to go towards public transport and they're gonna limit personal vehicles bottom I do think this is what I was gonna come out on the bus
I've kind of got this like carnival or amusement park type of idea in my head of the way I'm visualizing it. like almost bumper cars but they're all in line and no one owns the car their own but it's just cars going everywhere all the time.
But as you say, like on set tracks. I mean, that'd be sick. That'd be amazing. Can you imagine if that, yeah, it's like, the road just had moving cars the entire time and just like step in. I guess, yeah, that wouldn't be too quick.
Well I wouldn't be like bumper cars cause that would be that cause more accidents but yeah set tracks where people are essential oil cause of Lacazette path and they know every other car is going so they never enough crash is the same as we are doing anything
Yeah, I wasn't suggesting that we all drive around in bumper cars. It was more the concept of the cars just kind of being there, not belonging to anyone necessarily. And then they're on set tracks and you just get in when you need to etc. So, new way of public transport I guess.
To be fair I love the idea of it being bum because I'll be quite quite funny but yeah I don't mean is it trams well kind of like trams but essentially there would be no physical tracksuits because have their own virtual track and its personal vehicles to
The reality of that is eventually everything will be electric cars and autonomous so the future continues forward there's no reversing it at this point it will happen. This is how
Yeah I think everything is going towards electric with some combustion engines now being phased out I just don't know how they gonna replace all the combustion engines and infrastructure with the right infrastructure for electric that's my only concern but I agree it's deafly going that way there's no going back now
Yeah, I'm inclined to agree with you. I think self-driving cars will become the norm and I agree you can't have self-driving and human-driven cars at the same time. And Neil deGrasse Tyson, famous physicist, he agrees as well. you predicted it.
I didn't actually know that the grass Tyson had said the same thing so I stole it from him but I promise that was a thought out of my own autonomous thinking so yeah good to hear but yeah I agree it's really where really works move forward
I don't know. I think about a lot of things when I think of self-driving cars and I won't go into to every single thought, but I'm not that excited about this one.
I think just in terms of the way we see private transport as in like personal mobile vehicles it's gonna head this way and I don't think the large government's one is striving at all as well but that's kind of the direction it videos.
Yeah I think for us petrol head is going to be a tough transition and you know I was gonna love a good old 1990s manual M3 but soon enough unfortunately things will try to be phased out anyway
