My daughter usually only eat fruit and yoghurt too but I usually make homemade chicken nuggets but I grind up the chicken and a grain of veggies inside and then I make chicken nuggets that make sense and I just try to hide as many veggies and everything is again
That is so smart I need to add more but she's into her diet I'd like seem like the vegetables that you're like she currently quite enough vegetables into the shake it on top stuff so I might get that because like I'm struggling here
I also have a picky eater and I just give her whatever I know she's going to eat so at least eat it and I will throw in new stuff and sometimes she'll eat it and sometimes she won't but I also
I also try to sneak vegetables and snake stuff in there that she doesn't like and certain things like I'll make a smoothie I'll like a load it with vegetables and stuff she doesn't like salty she's getting the vitamins
But I also meal prep and I make things like these little egg cups and I throw broccoli in it and she doesn't like broccoli by itself and but she loves these a cups
