This is for anybody who like works out what are some ways that you stay motivated because I am honestly struggling I like lose a couple pounds I was just reading them because I just had like a terrible day or a couple days I just binge eat and like that's my because she has been cheating and I'm just really struggling with that so what are some ways that you've been cheaters stop or like control it because I really am struggling I do need to lose the weight like I've been so much since pregnancy and yeah I just need your help
I definitely suggest getting like a little veggie tray that you can keep in your fridge that you can just quickly grab like a handful of something real quick just a snack on and maybe that would help.
I actually recently registered to some classes where it's like group classes and I think that's like motivating as hell because there's a fee if I cancel and
I actually looked into them it's just like financially I can't do it right now I'm currently doing my own thing but it is definitely hard to stay motivated
So my coping mechanism is eating so whenever I'm stressed out I over eat and I've been to eat but I've gotten better at it because now I just drank a shit ton of water until I'm full off a liquid
I'm exact same way and honestly I try to spend on healthier foods so I get like made good cookies and nutrients Then I'll make my own ice cream so I know if there's less Jeanette and I can reduce the shop
Basically she's all about finding healthier alternatives to what you're bingeing and just trying to eat a little bit less of it and maybe try drinking a lot more water to fill you up more so you don't feel the need to binge as much it's hard it's hard
