This is a very good question, but I think it has to be UK actors playing as Americans because sometimes you don't even know they're from the UK and when you find out it's like what the fuck, but yeah, definitely them.

Oh, he's definitely a UK actor playing an American character. Because remember, a lot of Americans thought Idris Elba was American from his time in The Wire. And the way Daniel Kaluuya and Damson Idris have affected American accents is crazy.
