Me personally, I prefer to be active but unfortunately that's the opposite of what I am.

Preferred to be active but you know like it is time it is nice to be not active to sit and relax but overall it's better to be active because you know like you cannot to get a lot done you could really feel productive because you know being not active all time did you gonna be depressed
