OK so this is for the ladies I know there's a ton of different alternatives too. Products nowadays besides the pads and tampons there's like menstrual cups and even like underwear that has a built-in padding that you can just like slip it on and like go out with what are you guys use I wanna try something new I've been thinking about like that NYX brand of like. Underwear but I know there's a ton of different brands out there as well so what do you guys use what do you recommend what do you not recommend let me know

I guess you could say I'm completely old-school I just use regular tampons and pads

I wish I could recommend you one but I haven't tried them yet. I haven't bought any of those but I'm highly interested in seeing that as an alternative.

I mostly just use pads.

I know like tampons are not good but I can't bring myself to use anything else because it just makes me feel gross like having to sit in my own blood like that's why I don't use pads in which makes me feel gross so I'm so sorry I couldn't help you

Me personally I like to put a little container in it like a little tube and then you know let it collect in there and I put it in the freezer and I make freeze pops

I know I'm not a lady, but my girlfriend uses a diva cup, she thought it would be. It's a little uncomfortable at first, is what she told me, but you get used to it. pad over.
