I am always cold too but in my house we tend to just have it be kind of chilly I think I'd rather have a big cold and then wrap up in some blankets

I'm always cold as well, like I stay with the hoodie or some type of light jacket with me at all times. I always have socks on my feet to help me stay warm. And then I also learned that recently, like that I have low iron. So that's one of the reasons why I'm always cold as well.

So I have heard that that's an issue with like women biology. I don't know why it happens. It apparently it's like a woman only issue that they get cold. I'm not saying that's what it is, but it probably is.

I would say it depends on the environment and the season that you are in right now. I do live in a cold city and I'm basically used to being basically cold.

but every time I travel to a warm destination it definitely hits me hard and it's hard to condition myself.
