After my hiatus if you miss my last stereo that I just posted it explains why I wasn't really on any social media apps including cereal you'll know why this question comes right after so I guess what I'm asking is do mental health related films shows etc. help you get through them Would you say yes would you say no personally me just because it reminds me that all of us are very flawed and as long as we have the drive and the commitment to want to live and get better and you know it kind of makes you feel like you're like on the same Plainfield if that makes sense I hope it does
