And the question is, do you take an ice bath or a cold shower every now and again? So cold showers and ice baths are supposed to help with your cardiovascular system. And I tried it today. I drew a cold bath. I looked at the water. The water looked at me. I sat down in there. I screamed. But I sat in there for four minutes and I can tell you I feel like a different person but I also feel like I came to the brink of a cliff because that is not for the thing in the heart.

I've always wanted to try cryotherapy because I know it oxidizes the blood and everything but because of the vein disorder that I have it's actually like more dangerous to my nervous system so I actually can't

So for like I usually use it for when I have sunburn because your body is storing all that heat and when you put that cold water on it it kind of like balance it out so it really is like taking a look

Yes, I do this regularly to tighten my skin on my face and my body and my gonads. It tightens up my faint and it makes it all shrink up and out and then you stretch it and it gets a little bit longer and I also did it at the standard in South Beach. It's beautiful.
