So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.

Nah bro, please just uh, genuinely don't skip meals, eat good food, exercise enough in a day and everything will even itself out, trust me.

Skipping dessert is the easiest thing on the breakfast in the morning especially right after a workout or at the light do you know You didn't eat

I would say skipping dessert because that sugar because a lot of people say breakfast is the most important meal of the day

If I was to lose weight, I think skipping this would be easier because breakfast is the first thing you eat and when you do wake up you usually tend to be very hungry so yeah, Kimber breakfast isn't the one.
