So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.

Hi I am very qualified in those because I didn't eat in a sweater and I see nutritionist let me just tell you do not skip breakfast because in the morning when you wake up you should eat breakfast cause she pushes her metabolism and makes you feel good for the day is there is is it not something you want and the most important thing is just if you're healthy and good in your body so I think it is so important to you breakfast when you wake up
