So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
So I would skip the desert because I never really eat breakfast or something I just drink coffee so I would skip this but actually you shouldn't skip any of the meals you should just make sport burn calories
