So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
I want to see you skip dessert because eat your dessert usually has like always sugar when you eat dessert but when you skip breakfast they usually don't have like sugar so skip dessert on top
Okay, for anyone wondering about this, look up something called intermittent fasting. It's objectively better than skipping dessert. Look it up if you don't believe me. There's literal facts and logic behind it.
Motherfucker start fasting I stop eating for 12 hours a day do I actually I'm gonna go with your life and stop phone at the fucking the surge is the worst fucking choice please vegetables fucking vegetables
Both. They're both unhealthy. So if you're trying to lose weight, I would skip both. But if you're trying to eat a healthy breakfast, then and that's probably the best decision you've ever made.
It would definitely be to skip dessert because desert usually has more calories and also if you eat breakfast you're doing stuff throughout the day when you eat dinner it's like at the end of the night when you're from the Geuda
For me, it's easier for me to skip breakfast because most of the times by the time I get to work, I can't eat. or I'm not thinking about eating, I'm thinking about working. So yeah, definitely breakfast.
