So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
So like I skip breakfast and I usually don't eat dessert, but just like go to the gym, like get a personal trainer, like don't be ashamed of like how you look or anything, just like work out for yourself, you know?
Okay, but like I know like you're not going this deep into details, but it depends what the breakfast is and depends what the dessert is like if it was for breakfast let's say I Oh no, some really banging breasts.
I think dessert is really hard for me like I don't have a big dessert but I always have something sugary every day even if it's just some fruit or something I love it
Well first of all you shouldn't be skipping meals to lose weight. You know if you starve yourself that doesn't count because it doesn't work. skipping sweets is the best option.
