So you probably don't know this about me because, well, because I haven't told anyone. But I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight right now and I'm wondering what you find is easier. Is it skipping breakfast or skipping dessert? I only ask because I just skipped breakfast and I could really go for some pancakes with chocolate sauce on them right now. Oh.
I wouldn't go for skipping any kinds of meals. I would just keep a balanced diet and then do some exercise usually a couple days a week or just like 15 through 30 minute walks daily and it would help a lot.
Probably skip dessert, which sucks, but if you eat consistent three meals a day that that are like healthy-ish, that's a good way to start to scape off weight.
If you're trying to lose weight skip dessert because that's not a necessary meal breakfast is an actual meal that you need because it gets you started with the day and what at night
Keep dessert that's one thing I've been trying like skip this week stuff and then just a fool but not like over the full thing just make sure you feed yourself if you feel that you have a real urge to eat bad stuff so yeah

We'll burn the fat a lot quicker because there's nothing like stored inside to eat off because if you're gonna eat breakfast and then work out the burn is just gonna come off that food, not the actual body fat.
And then portion control control your portions try to make them out smaller each time once you do that you'll still be able to eat anything you want whenever you want
