So this is for anybody who's trying to get results in the fitness or in their healthy lifestyle. How to get results fast and quick. I'm going to tell you right now. The secret is sleep and patience. There is no quick way to it. As long as you do the work, it's going to come. to come, you just have to wait and keep doing the work.

How many days a week do you suggest somebody go ahead and be consistently working out for? And should there be a space in between for rest? Give me an example and give me like what kind of activities.

So I'll tell you a little cheat code. I call it the 3x3. You always want to work out for at least three days and you never want to rest longer than three days.

Now, when it comes to working out the actual workouts that you're going to do, a lot of this stuff depends on what it is your goals are. So I wouldn't be able to tell you, oh, you need to do this, unless I know what it is you're trying to achieve.

I would say it depends on the type of body that you have and the amount of calories that you are having if you are having a more than you were body needs or less than your body needs so that way

You're going to burn fat faster because your body is just going to take the the fat that your body already has in there

Laura, what you're trying to say is a calorie deficit and when you're in a calorie deficit, it's a lot easier to lose fat due to the fact that the body does not burn fat, but it actually loses fat by the conversion of transferring that energy into carbon dioxide.

So a nice way to actually lose fat is to, um, once you're in the calorie deficit, do a nice cardiovascular workout that works the muscles as well. and you'll notice that the fat leaves the body in three ways.

So one of the ways that the body gets rid of the fat is converting the stored energy in the fats to carbon dioxide and you breathe it out your lungs. The other one is when you drink water, obviously you drink water during the workout, so you're going to be pissing a lot. It comes out through your urine. And the last one is, um, uh,

It cut me off. The last way that you lose fat from the body is going to be actually sweat. And that's not even the most effective way. But just to clarify, you do not and cannot lose weight Through your colon, you won't lose the fat through your colon. I'm sorry, a lot of people think that.
