I don't think you're born you might think you are created to be evil I think everybody is born with a good understanding of life and being innocent but then overtime people corrupt us life crisis environment crevices

It's either nature or nurture. I think there are some kids that haven't been taught to do these things and they just come out with these evil things and some of them have gone through really bad things in life so that turns them evil. Probably.
