Do you guys think that politics are big enough of a deal to disown a family member or like a child I was watching this episode of Malcolm in the middle where Malcolm Dewey and Reese are stuck up on a billboard of like a stripper and they basically spray-painted on the billboard I want respect and it turned into this whole thing and I'm just wondering like if that was my kid I would be so upset that first of all why are you up there second of all like Lois knew that her kids were not like a really supportive of like feminism so I'm just gonna curious like fake politics real politics is it enough to tear a relationship apart

I think it could like affect a relationship depending if one is like really upset with the other and I don't think I would ever be able to disown someone just because of the politics

I don't think is this on a family member ever I was there being absolutely like you cannot fucking deal with them they're abusive and shit otherwise a different view or opinion should not matter

Hey so it's kind of like a scale right like some people use their views to just kind of try to give you a different perspective but other ones take it to the extreme as far as abuse I said there's no middle ground

No, we gotta learn to just not take other people's lifestyle and ways of living so damn personal. Everybody is different and that's the beautiful thing about life.

My only gripe with that is if somebody doesn't respect my differences and they're just, you know, putting me down about it, then that's just toxic. But if we can mutually thrive in the same environment together.

and feel different types of ways. That's normal. As long as we respect one another, that's just where I sit with that. If you don't respect me though, then I ain't gonna be around you.
