I believe belugers are civil creatures because they eat plants and yeah and if you drop your phone in the water they might pick it up for you and also they have a very squishy head and they let you touch it and they're very friendly and they don't do bad things like dolphins do. So if Beluga's ever grew the ability to have arms and legs and walked on the beach I would choose that over a dolphin with arms and legs because they game.
