So this is my second pregnancy and I I normally lose like my weight from maybe like three weeks postpartum I'm normally back to my normal side but for some reason when I breast-feed I don't think there's like a ton of weight so with my first pregnancy I lost about 20 pounds in a couple months and then this pregnancy I've already lost Extra 10 pounds in two weeks just great I'm thankful for that like it's it's nice I guess but it's kind of like scary that that happens does this happen to anyone else because I am just kind of weird to me

I did not and I also think it was like all of why I definitely feel like I gained weight while breast-feeding

Everybody told me I was gonna lose weight like crazy when I breast-fed but the problem was I literally couldn't stop eating so whatever I was losing I was gaining right back

Never. I've never lost a bunch of weight while breastfeeding. It has done nothing for my weight.

The only way I lost weight during breast-feeding is if I really limited my calories and didn't overheat because I know that breast we need to be more hungrier but if I reduce my snacking I did lose the weight
