My kiddos been like this weird eating food vibe I don't know if she just like doesn't really want to eat much besides fruits and throughout her whole day all she does is eat fruits and I'm like if you need a little bit more in you like a should I be concerned I don't know
And I say that my okay, so my oldest is 22 this year My middle is 20 this year and my youngest turns 15 and they all went through various phases and I never wanted to push it because I didn't want to like dramatize them like my mom inadvertently did.
I'd really get like her taste buds are changing but I kind of just worries me because I feel like she's not getting the right nutrients that she should be like especially protein I feel like protein is a huge thing
I definitely agree that it's a phase. Bulls make kids do this all the time. And eventually they just go back to eating meals again and not like fruits and veggies or like stacks, stacks, stacks, stacks.
This is my first house like I never really know anything but just like I said she's like in the right nutrients and it's just like it's all a weird cycle that she has because like sometimes I just want veggies and fruits and snacks other day she'll eat her meals
You could try putting out one of those damn what are they called like tree trees where has like a variety of different stuff opposite stuff that she's eating now but you could add in other stuff decided of protein or like whatever she's you think that she's messy
Because sometimes it just encourages them to try new things, especially if it's beside the fruit that they're loving at the moment. that and see if that works.
It's definitely a phase. I wouldn't be concerned about it. My kids go through that. My daughter just recently went through a phase where She doesn't want to eat meat anymore. So yeah but she'll eat a taco crazy.
I definitely think it's just a face. Um, I'd count your blessings at least, you know, they're eating something healthy. My son apparently only likes bananas and just bananas right now. So that's a struggle.
Yeah I definitely hear that it's common with kids for maybe you can like add yogurt or some thing that way you can feel like she's having a little bit more or maybe make it into a smoothie and sneak some veggies in and show her that you're putting in
