Restrictive diets are kind of counterintuitive. I see people not eating or anything and that's kind of harmful to them. If you want to die and you want to lose weight, just eat fiber-rich foods and exercise more than you eat. It's really all you need.
Don't keep food in your house snacks in your house that you're going to crave and want and not be able to resist sure it's OK to have a cheat day but keep it outside of the house so that you're not as tempted as often
I agree with mom and I disagree with Samantha because that's just really really restrictive and the more you check the word you'll start having like a Enos order or binge eating disorder having three balance meals a day and exercise is most
