Of all the things your parents taught you, what do you think helped you the most?

I think the number one advice my parents have given me is not everybody's your friend. Me trying to be the social butterfly that I am, I've always wanted to expand my social circle but I have to realize that not everybody is trying to expand theirs in the correct way.

I 100% agree that not everybody's your friend. As you get older, you're able to decipher those things. I would say now I just try and find friends who are in alignment with what I am.

Because it makes it much easier for me to able to do certain things and just truly be myself because that's all I can do is be my authentic so so yeah I definitely would take the advice if my parents had given you the advice because

I remember on the first day of kindergarten, my dad told me if anybody put their hands on me to not be afraid to fight back. And I know violence is not the answer and stuff like that, but I think that really helped me. Be confident and don't let anybody push me around like that and that helped me in my life.
