Many people debate and say that smoothies aren't that healthy because they have a lot of sugar from the fruits Do you agree or disagree? I think they can get unhealthy if you are somebody prone to a sugar spike or high glucose levels And also if you consume it later at night if you have that in the morning and you need that kick of sugar I think it's okay
Well, then you should just ask if fruits are healthy or not. What type of fucking question is that? But I think they could be healthy if you're just blending the fruits, right? You know what I mean? But like if you're adding sugar and all this stuff, then obviously it's not gonna be any Any more healthy than just the fruit.

I can definitely see how smooth and unhealthy with all the sugar and some fruits, but so far just based on the smoothies I've had, they've worked out for me pretty well, especially when it comes to workout, working out and stuff like that.
I think there's a difference between the sugar and sugar from fruit. The sugar from fruit is fructose and that's usually fine. It's all the other additives that they add into a smoothie that's not like the clean ingredients.
I don't really think it's healthy as long as you don't put too much sugar in it but if you feel like a dash of honey and there's fruit and milk or water or whatever like I think it's good
