Do you have any advice to deal with stress whenever life gets stressful? I'm currently going through midterms and I underestimated them. It's a lot and the complexity is a lot. And you know, grad school papers, you have to actually like put a lot more effort than like undergrad undergrad could get away with this, like honestly, be a thing never let me, but I always like to write good papers. Anyway, these are course classes that I enjoy and I do want to do a good job, but it's stressful and I don't know how to manage all of that, plus work. If you have any advice, let me know. What I do, though, because I have some techniques, is to of course work out, breathe, drink some chamomile tea, stretch, go for walks, but besides that, I don't know, I would appreciate some advice.

So I think, I mean, I get stressed really easily and really often. And I think the only way to actually, I guess, kind of cope with it is one, get into the them and tell you that you can't fix everything unless it's available to you to fix it and Thank you.

If you can, take a nap, it'll help.
