So there are some people out there that when they are going through something, they just need a lot of space and they don't talk to anybody. But I am the type of person who always obsessively overthinks things. So the longer we don't talk, the more anxious I get to the point I literally cannot do anything except cry and sleep and throw up because of all of the stress. Which I know is not healthy and I'm trying to work on it. But my point is, when is it safe to reach out to those people? Because you care about them so much and you want to make sure they're okay, but at the same time you don't want to harass them by constantly saying, are you okay, are you okay, are you okay, over and over again. So when is it safe to re-reach out to them?

That sounds miserable But I'd say reach out at any point to let them know that you're gonna be here when they're ready It might be weekend, a month in, just as long as they know you're there, you know?
