I really like any of the teas that are marketed for bedtime specifically. I think there is one that's called the Bedtime Tea. I'm not sure who it's by.

I love peppermint. What I've been using for bloating because I do bloat a lot is ginger tea. Oh my goodness. That fresh ginger in your tea, it works miracles. Personally, it works miracles. It's amazing.

I also usually drink spearmint tea at night, but also there's one called sleepy time tea, which is really good if you want to go to sleep afterwards.

I've seen that but I never actually looked at what's in it. I assumed that there was melatonin and for some reason melatonin messes me up so I never bothered but I'll check next time I go to Whole Foods or something.

There's this tea company called Traditional medicinal and they make really amazing tea. You try the sleepy time tea it's pretty nice.

Oh yeah, I should definitely check that out. I feel like Whole Foods would have that, so I'll definitely look when I go next time. Thanks!
