Do you feel like being in a relationship can affect your physical health obviously I feel like I can easily affect your mental health but I think it can affect your physical health in a way where is like you wanna chill and order food I'll go and eat all the time they can make you unhealthy or less healthy

Especially if the person you're with isn't aware of their own emotions and how their emotions in their actions can affect you like that can be just detrimental to your mental health

I like your physical health as well because you can get with somebody who's harming you but then also you tend to not take care of yourself as much when you're in a relationship sometimes living on the relationship

I feel my emotions as physical pain, so me being in a relationship can be physically damaging. Especially when I'm in a relationship I'm not comfortable in.
