I also used another teething toy called Sophie the giraffe. My kids loved it. I think they're sold at most stores I know I got mine at Target, but then we also I would give them frozen fruits that they can chew on. Obviously you have to watch like them when they're eating.

Cold spoons that I could chew on my kids love this and it was super easy and quick I would either put them in the freezer for a little bit or the run them underwater so that helps I hope that helped

Yeah, frozen breast milk definitely works. I actually use that often with my son. I don't even know where I heard it, but it definitely worked great, so I definitely recommend doing that.
