How long does it take you to heal after you've been in like a toxic relationship or like a bad relationship like how much time do you take to yourself before you jump in to something else

I don't say there's an exact amount of months you know yeah it takes me time but I would say between five to six months like I don't know if depends

It really depends on how much you are invested but something will be a month something could be a year but I say generally 3 to 4 months you know especially if you like away
