Do you believe that employees' social media accounts should be monitored? What are your thoughts about this?

I mean, if you leave your profile public, then yeah. But that's why they have the option of putting your profile private, so that way you only have the people that you want to see what you got going on.

Depending on their occupation, like if they were a teacher or lawyer, I think some occupations should monitor social media accounts of their employers.

I think depending on what you're doing, where you work or what industry you're in, if you're in the entertainment or anything where conversations have to be disclosed before releasing information, then yes, you're social media is a social media platform. You can also use it to promote your work. You can also use it to promote your work. You can also use it to promote your work. You can also use it to promote your work. You can also use it to promote your work. You can also use it to promote your work. You can also use it to promote your work. You can also use it to promote your work. Yes, you should be monitored, but if you're in hospitality or any other industry, then they should monitor if you're affecting the public in a negative way.

Yes, because it's a lot of KKK members that's undercover. And they need to be exposed pedophiles, folks like that, that are hiding in plain sight.

Absolutely not. It should not be any employer's business what you do in your private time. The only thing they should be concerned with is your work quality.

I will allow my employer to monitor my social media as long as they allowed me to monitor them when they dressed.

What's happening is that people are being segregated by their views and it's us versus their mentality which is going to lead to a clash in the coming future unfortunately.

I don't think they should be monitored, but I think that if there is something that is put out by an employee on social media which could potentially make the business look bad and is generally harmful then I think that should be investigated by companies for sure.
